What's going on in Room 125?

Sick again:(

Hi friends,

I am sorry to say that I am sick again. This has not been my healthiest month!

I am incredibly thankful for our amazing intern and paras who keep the ship sailing even when I am not there.

I will try to check my email today, but if you have any immediate needs or questions, please call the office.

Thanks for your support. Tell your kiddos I miss them so much and can’t wait to be a healthy teacher again!

Have a great (PJ!) day!

Thankful for our amazing team…sub tomorrow morning

Hi there!

I hope everyone had a great day today! It has been a tough month for illness and I was sad to be brought down today. Looking forward to getting back in the swing!

However, as you may remember, to morrow I (and Ms Hull) am participating in a Learning Lab for teachers of students with autism. I am hosting the Lab with the hope of building a network and community of teachers of students with autism in the district. (This collaboration, feedback, and collection of expertise has great potential to positively impact our students and teaching!) I will be in the building, but most of the morning will be meeting with the other teachers. They will observe me teaching for part of the morning as well. I’ll be back in action in the afternoon and there for pick up.

Looking forward to seeing you soon! Thanks for being patient and understanding while I’ve been away.

See you tomorrow,

Ms Wales

Ms Wales out

Hello families!

I will be out tomorrow morning and all day Friday. Luckily, Ms Hull has been doing a lot of the teaching as she nears the end of her internship, and she will be serving as the main teacher those two times. I will not be reachable during those times, so please call the office with any questions or concerns.

Thank  you to all of you who have signed up for conferences next week. If you have not done this yet, please get in touch with me ASAP. If you forget what time you signed up for, please let me know this too. We will go over IEP progress reports and talk about overall successes and needs at school. Come with any questions you have about school. Looking forward to connecting with all of you!
